I ship to the UK, Ireland and Norway. Contact me for enquiries about shipping to other locations.

Returns and warranty

I do not accept returns on earrings or custom pieces. If your order arrives faulty or if you receive the wrong item, please contact me to arrange a free return. If you would like to return or exchange your unworn, jewellery with all its original packaging (excluding earrings), please contact me to arrange a return. Customers will bear the cost for shipping of returned or exchanged orders.

All pieces are under a 1 year warranty. If you accidentally damage your jewellery while looking after them carefully, contact me and we’ll arrange a repair. For more information on how to care for your jewellery click here.
